40. Mr. O'Neillasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he will be meeting the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities to discuss the rate support grant settlement for next year.
§ Mr. RifkindI will be meeting the convention on Monday 12 October and Friday 4 December to complete my consultations with it on rate support grant for 1988–89.
