§ Mr. David MitchellI have agreed standards for the quality of BR services as a whole, which I shall be monitoring in general terms, but it would not be appropriate for me to discuss each and every service's performance with Sir Robert Reid. These aspects will be being watched carefully by the statutory consumer bodies, and I expect them to report on any persisting difficulties.
