§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Minister for the Arts when the Office of Arts and Libraries proposes to issue a press 240W notice giving information laid before the House, in accordance with section 9(6) of the National Heritage Act 1980, specifying disposals and transfers of property accepted in lieu of capital transfer tax or inheritance tax carried out during the financial year 1986–87, and including particulars of the bodies or institutions to whom transfers were made and the amount of tax satisfied in each case.
