§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he has exercised his rights to nominate tenants to accommodation at Thamesmead; and what will happen to his nomination rights if Thamesmead is sold to Thamesmead Town Ltd.
§ Mrs. RoeMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has been content to leave the London area mobility scheme to agree suitable arrangements with the London residuary body and Thamesmead town while Thamesmead has been vested in the LRB. When Thamesmead is transferred to Thamesmead town his nomination rights will cease. Thamesmead town has, however, undertaken to make some vacancies available to the scheme.
