§ Mr. Peter MorrisonI have today placed in the Libraries of both Houses a copy of the notice inviting applications for exploration licences in a second round of landward licensing. The notice, to be published in the official gazettes on 28 July, specifies that applications should be made on 27 October or 28 October 1987.
