§ Mr. WaldegraveSection 6, which concerns consultation before the disposal of housing subject to secure tenancies, is unconnected with section 9, which relates to redevelopment and disposal with vacant possession. It is planned to bring section 6 into force at the same time as section 8, which concerns the preservation of the right to buy, when regulations relevant to that section are ready to be made. They are currently in draft.
