§ The Attorney-GeneralTo enforce the duty of confidentiality owed to the Crown by Mr. Wright I shall on behalf of Ministers collectively take such steps by way of civil proceedings as appear to the Government to be appropriate.
To protect the public interest in the due administration of justice I shall in my capacity as a law enforcement officer take such proceedings of a criminal nature as appear to me personally to be appropriate.
