§ 51. Mr. Baldryasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement as to the timetable for the construction of the new prison near Bicester.
§ Mr. John PattenWork is due to start on site in March 1988 and the prison is scheduled to be handed over to the Home Office in mid-1991.
