§ Mr. NewtonOur campaign to date has actively promoted avoidance of activities that carry a risk of HIV transmission and will continue to do so. For those who are unwilling or unable to restrict sexual contacts to a single faithful partner, condoms provide some protection. We will continue to promote this message in our compaign of AIDS public education.
