asked the Secretary of State for Employment what proposals he has to alter the composition of the Manpower Services Commission.

As I announced to the House during the debate on the Loyal Address on Tuesday 30 June 1987, at column 468, I intend to increase employer representation on the commission by creating up to six extra seats.
