§ Mr. MoynihanWe are giving very careful consideration to the representations submitted by beekeepers and beekeeping organisations, and by local authorities and other bodies, regarding the proposal in the consultation paper on air pollution control in Great Britain to extend the scope of section 74 of the Public Health Act 1961 to allow local authorities to deal with nuisance from various species, of which bees were given as an example.
