§ Mr. Clayasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish a table showing the figures for the numbers of households where water supplies have been disconnected, showing where possible the reasons for disconnection, for each year separately between 1979 and 1987.
§ Mr. Needham[pursuant to his reply, 13 July 1987]: Since domestic water supplies are paid for through the general rating system in Northern Ireland, the need to disconnect premises used solely as household residences does not arise.
