Mr. Hargreavesasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make available to the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureau a full and comprehensive set of rules governing all aspects of the Manpower Services Commission schemes.
§ Mr. LeeAll the leaflets published by the Manpower Services Commission on the schemes which it operates are freely available to the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureau. These set out the main eligibility criteria. It would not be appropriate to provide more detailed information since the rules are designed to be applied flexibly to meet particular circumstances. The leaflets advise on where further information can be obtained.
