§ Mr. Fraserasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster when he will introduce legislation to reform the law relating to doorstep sales.
§ Mr. MaudeMy Department will shortly be consulting interested organisations on the text of draft regulations to implement the EC directive on doorstep selling. We expect to lay the regulations before Parliament in the autumn.
