§ Mr. Anthony Coombsasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he has yet received information on whether the Belgian Government have now complied with the Commission decision of 27 June 1984 and the European Court judgment of 9 April 1987 concerning the required repayment of aid of £3.7 million by a subsidiary of Deaulieu, a Belgian carpet manufacturer.
