§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonIt is not yet practicable to give a starting date for the construction of the flyover, as this is dependent on the completion of the necessary statutory procedures, by way of a side roads order and compulsory purchase order, and public reaction to them.

Tayside regional council, as agent authority, are working on the design of the scheme and details relevant to the necessary statutory orders.
