§ Mr. LuceThe arts marketing scheme is open to arts organisations, including museums and galleries, in receipt of Government or local authority funding. The primary purpose of the scheme is to encourage better marketing of the subsidised arts, but where regional or group marketing initiatives are involved applications which include independent museums and galleries may be considered.
