§ Mr. NewtonThe current guidelines are given in annex IVB of "Guidance Notes on Applications for Product Licences (MAL 2)", a copy of which is in the Library. These guidelines are issued by the licensing authority after taking into consideration the advice of the Committee on Safety of Medicines.
