§ Mr. Home Robertsonasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will introduce an amendment to the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) Regulations 1982 to make it possible for people whose difficulty in walking is not regarded as being permanent to qualify for exemption from restrictions relating to the use of motor vehicles.
