§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI have received a large number of representations on the inner cities and these I am considering in relation to my Department's developing policy responsibilities. The Bill to reform the law of copyright and other intellectual property will he based on the proposals in the 1986 White Paper "Intellectual property and Innovation" (Cmnd. 9712). It will reflect our consideration of representations made on the White Paper and on the departmental committee report and the three Green Papers which preceded it.
