§ Mr. Millsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has made in the foreign affairs deliberations of the Council of Ministers on London as the location for the proposed European Trade Mark Office.
§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Commission has yet to make a recommendation on the location of the Community Trade Mark Office and the issue has not therefore been discussed in the Council. My right honourable and learned Friend and I have, in discussions with other EC member states, sought support for London as the best site.
