§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe Department has been discussing road proposals in this area with both Walsall and Staffordshire councils. Any decision to build a Burntwood bypass is essentially one for these authorities to make. This Department is considering how best such a scheme could link to the proposed Birmingham northern relief road.
