§ Mr. Michael ForsythOne place has been designated, at Albyn House, Aberdeen. The provision of such facilities is a matter for voluntary organisations, who may be eligible for grant under section 10 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968, or local authorities. A voluntary body called the Lothian alcohol recovery service is seeking to establish a designated place in Edinburgh and my Department is arranging to meet its representatives.
