§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe scope for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of road traffic law enforcement through the further use of technology, and any necessary legislative changes, are being considered by the Road Traffic Law Review under the chairmanship of Dr. Peter North. The review's report is expected later this year, and it would be premature to contemplate the introduction of piecemeal change before that report has been received.
