Mr. Nigel Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has had with the Government of the United States of America about the implications for the prospect of a settlement in central America of its non-compliance with the judgments given on 27 June 1986 in the International Court of Justice on complaints brought by Nicaragua.
