§ Mrs. RoeMy right hon. Friend has not received any proposals on the future of the Spectrum Arena, or had any discussions on the matter, subsequent to the closure of the arena last year. The arena is currently available for purchase, following the discontinuance earlier this year of negotiations with a prospective buyer. It is open to the borough council to make an offer.
