Friend the Member for Lewisham, East (Mr. Moynihan) on 7 May 1986, during my visit to the Afghan refugee camps in Pakistan I listened to representations from the refugees on the situation in Afghanistan and made clear our view that the key to peace is the immediate withdrawal of Soviet troops. As regards arms supplies, I have nothing to add to my statement on 26 June in the foreign affairs debate.
