§ Mr. TraceyAbout 82,500 English local authority dwellings are currently forecast to be sold in 1986–87 and a further 72,500 in 1987–88 under the right-to-buy provisions of the Housing Act 1980 and subsequent legislation. Further details about the forecasts of local authority capital receipts from sales of their stock are shown in paragraph 25 of the housing chapter of "The Government's Expenditure Plans 1987–88 to 1989–90 Volume II" (Cmnd. 56-II).
