I am placing a copy of the service requirement in the Library of the House. This is the version being distributed within Government. It is identical to that sent to the potential contractors, save that it does not contain the detailed information on traffic volumes and locations contained in the technical annexes. This information is commercially confidential and is being restricted on a need-to-know basis to minimise any risk to the security of applications planned to run on the network.
