§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe Civil Aviation Authority has informed me that wind-shear warning and safety devices have only lately become available on the market and that the authority has not yet been asked to approve them for use on UK-registered aircraft. There are therefore no aircraft on the UK-register fitted with these devices.
