§ Sir Richard Bodyasked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) whether he will give the date when he received from the district valuer, Boston, an estimate of the value of the property known as the Rose and Crown, Fosdyke, Lincolnshire;
(2) whether he will give an estimate of the likely cost of making a compulsory purchase order for, and the holding of a public inquiry about, the purchase of the property known as the Rose and Crown, Fosdyke, Lincolnshire.
