§ Mr. Peter Shoreasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police into whether TNT lorries leaving the News International printing works at Wapping are allowed not to observe speed limits in built-up areas; and whether they are allowed to disregard other features of the highway code, including the regulation by traffic lights.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe Commissioner informs me that all vehicles leaving the News International plant are required to observe road traffic regulations.
