§ Mr. LyellThe Department obtains pre-printed letterheads and notepads through Her Majesty's Stationery Office which secures the most appropriate materials at the best possible price. Recycled paper does not meet this criterion for use in letterheads and notepads and is not, therefore, purchased for the Department.
