§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe Boeing Aerospace Company will be contractually committed to meet in full the offset arrangements, whereby it spends £130 on work for British companies for every £100 we spend on the E-3A. Although there is no doubt that this commitment will be honoured, the build-up of Boeing's business with United Kingdom firms will be monitored in accordance with normal practice, which involves continuous liaison with the firm and regular reporting on progress.
