§ Mr. MellorWithin the United Kingdom good progress is being made through the collaborative efforts of the enforcement agencies to attack illicit manufacture and supply. At the international level, proposals have been included in the draft of a new United Nations convention on drug trafficking, which will be discussed at next month's session of the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs.
