§ Mr. Peter Walker[pursuant to his reply, 24 November 1986, c. 7]: My right hon. Friend the Member for Croydon, Central (Mr. Moore) made it clear on 24 January 1983, at column 253, that my predecessor appreciated the strength of the case for a debate on the report of the Sizewell inquiry. In view of this I have asked the Leader of the House to arrange a debate so that I may hear the views of this House before I reach my decision. I shall publish the inspector's report on Monday 26 January, and place copies both of the full report and of a summary in the Library of the House and in the Vote Office.
