§ Mr. John Patten[pursuant to his reply, 21 January, 1987]: We have already issued advice to authorities on the safety of blocks of flats of large panel concrete construction. We will consider whether further advice is necessary in the light of the Building Research Establishment's continuing examination of the structural integrity and durability of such buildings.
