Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list those voluntary projects, organisations and bodies he has funded in Wales since 1979 along with the amount allocated, other than those which he has financed under section 21 of the Education Act 1980, listing those Welsh language projects, organisations and bodies separately.
