§ Mr. JoplingDecisions reached at the Council of Agriculture Ministers in December primarily concerned the reform of the beef and dairy regimes. The Government will continue to use all appropriate means to promote its policies for CAP reform, which are in the long-term interest of all involved in agriculture, as well as of consumers and taxpayers.
