§ Mr. EggarI would draw my right hon. Friend's attention to the Minute laid before the House on 19 January. When the affairs of the British Phosphate Commissioners (first established in 1919) are wound up by agreement between the Governments of the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, the British Government have it in mind to spend the notional interest on their share of the Commissioners' assets to undertake a range of projects of benefit to the small states of the Pacific and elsewhere in the Commonwealth.
