Mr. Hoyle

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) on what basis the transfer of development corporation houses belonging to Warrington and Runcorn Development Corporation will take place; how the sale price and repair liability will be determined; and what provisions will be made for tenant involvement;

(2) what questions will be asked of the tenants of Warrington and Runcorn New Town Development Corporation in the survey to determine whom they would like to be the new owners of their rented property; if he will be bound by the results of the survey; when the survey will be carried out; and who will undertake it.
