§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe Government will continue to reinforce the range of policies, including the valleys initiative from which the Cynon valley benefits, and which in the last year have produced a steady fall in unemployment in Wales and have helped to achieve record factory allocations, large-scale investment and substantial growth in the number of new businesses.
