§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe review committee on student awards is composed of Ministers and officials from my Department, the Treasury, the Department of Health and Social Security, the Department of Employment, the Scottish Education Department, Welsh Office Education Department and the Department of Education for Northern Ireland.
