§ Mr. Terry Davisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when the arrears of child benefit will be paid to Mr. S. R. Edwards, as promised in the letter of 16th July 1986 from the child benefit centre to Mr. Edwards; and whether he will explain why it has taken such a long time to pay this money to Mr. Edwards.
