§ Mr. Hancockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why Mr. K. T. Runfitt of flat 2, 26–28 Osborne road, Southsea, whose case is the subject of a letter from the hon. Member for Portsmouth, South, dated 8 November 1986, has not received replies to his four letters to his Department.
§ Mr. LyellThe case to which the hon. Member refers is complex and required advice from the chief adjudication officer. The advice has now been received and the Department will he writing to Mr. Runfitt as soon as possible.
