§ Mr. John PattenAn order designating the first of the four proposed urban development corporations, the Trafford Park development corporation, was laid before Parliament on 15 December 1986. My right hon. Friend has appointed consultants to advise him about the other three; for the Black Country, Teeside and Tyne and Wear, and will make the necessary orders as soon as possible after receiving their reports.
