§ Mr. HowardProvision for repeal of the 1972 Act is made in the Consumer Protection Bill which is currently being considered in another place. It is the Government's intention that the entry into force of the repeal of the Act should coincide with that of any order providing for successor arrangements so that there will be no intervening period when no regime applies.
