Member for Newham, North-West can expect a reply to his letter regarding Mr. Rajendra Ramasamy sent to the Home Office on 4 November 1986 and passed on to the Foreign Office on 9 December 1986; and when Mr. Ramasamy can expect to receive his student visa.
