§ Mr. John Patten[pursuant to his answer, 26 February 1987]: My right hon. Friend has no plans to do so. However, proposals for modifications in the present arrangements for requisitioning of sewers and water mains were set out in the Department's consultation paper `Water and Sewerage Law' published in March 1986.
