§ Mr. TraceyI met representatives of the Sports Council on 26 January to discuss the work of the council's drug abuse advisory group. We reviewed progress made since this issue was raised at the Conference of European Sport Ministers in Dublin last year and discussed what further measures could be taken now by the United Kingdom and European Governments and the governing bodies of sport.
